It has always been an intention of ours to operate a unique breakfast house wherein we could serve the type of food we love to create in our own home; namely, Jeff's amazing buttermilk pancakes and omelets.
The pancakes we serve you are made from scratch (SERIOUSLY)! We offer homemade Old-Fashioned Buttermilk and Whole Grain Blue Corn varieties, with loads of fun add-ons like fresh blueberries, strawberries, bananas, pecans, chocolate chips, et cetera, and they are amazing. Top them off with warm pure maple syrup and real butter…Yum! You will be able to watch us assemble and cook your pancakes on the grill in front of you, as we are not a “traditional” restaurant but more of a boutique, fun, homey little place. We also offer light and fluffy omelets with savory extras like sautéed spinach, tomatoes, avocado, onions and fresh salsa, to name but a few. And yes, we have a full-service coffee bar featuring our award-winning Equator Estates Coffee and Teas!
Don't forget to order the Pure Maple Syrup as a special treat. It's Grade A, from Vermont; it's smooth and delicious…pure liquid gold!
